Delivery Fees
We are delighted to provide same-day delivery when the order is finalized before 1 PM, available from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories.

Please note that we do not extend our delivery services to the Outlying Islands or Lantau Island.

Returns
Due to the delicate and perishable nature of fresh flowers, we regretfully cannot accommodate returns. We take pride in ensuring that our blooms are of the finest quality—immaculate and radiant upon delivery. However, as their care passes into your hands, we cannot assure their condition in the days that follow.
